I am Power Executive Coach and I am helping my clients to reach their full professional (and earning!) potential through sharing the key personal influence strategies, helping to overcome internal barriers to building power and cheering them on the way to their new heights through open, honest, yet encouraging feedback. I have worked so far with 480+ executives across different industries, geographies and roles (ranging from Managers to CEOs).

The foundations of my practice are based on 20+ years of professional experience in global corporations (Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Nielsen), where I have researched, interpreted and advised upon perception management, behavioral insights and paths to decision making in Insights and Analytics departments. I have reached the senior executive levels of Director and Vice President and now I show others how to do that.

I have Master's Degree in Marketing, Master's Degree in Finance, Executive MBA Degree and I am Stanford LEAD Program alumna (Synthesizers). I am a recipient of five Intellectual Contribution Awards from Stanford LEAD and Impact Award for the cohort. To bring the newest personal power research to the table for my students and clients, I have embarked on the PhD dissertation journey to unlock new ways to overcome internal barriers to personal success (measuring impostor phenomenon influence on personal power strategies).

I am supporting Stanford GSB LEAD Program students as contracted Coach and Course Facilitator across several different courses, covering Leadership Foundations, Building Power, Decision Making, Critical Analytical Thinking and successful set-up of their own start-up Business Models. I also welcome new LEAD participants to the program as a part of Orientation course. I use my educational background to offer inspiration and new ideas to my clients.

As a result of an extensive educational journey, multiple mentoring hours and successful passing of several supervisions, I have been certified as CoachWise Coach to support my coachees in their leadership growth. I also hold International Coaching Federation accreditation (ACC) confirming my focus on following the highest standards in my coaching work, in line with ICF guidelines and Code of Ethics.
