How to start working me as your executive coach?

Write an email to the address on the bottom of this page. In the e-mail state your: name, e-mail address (for meeting invitation), time zone you reside in, two time slots when you are available within the next 5 working days (make sure that proposed timelines are within 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Central European Time).

You will receive an invite for 30-minute introductory session to get to know each other, discuss your goals and any logistical questions. This session is free of charge.

What is the format and length of coaching session?

The sessions are held on-line (through the communication channel of your choice – Zoom In, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, other). One session lasts 60 minutes.

What is the minimum package that I need to buy?

The minimum package is 6 coaching sessions.

What are the options to get in touch with you between the sessions?

I will be available to you via e-mail between scheduled meetings and will answer within 24 hours to your messages in terms of any questions or clarifications. I may also be available for additional time, per your request on a prorated basis rate for: reviewing documents, reviewing LinkedIn or other professional profiles, reading or writing reports, engaging in other related services outside of coaching hours.

What are the terms of payment?

The initial invoice will cover the first 6 sessions and is payable upon receipt. After the 6 sessions are completed, the frequency of the invoices will be agreed by you and me based on the frequency of sessions and the preferences in terms of payments. The invoice is issued in an electronic version and denominated in USD. Bank transfer fees and taxes (VAT - where applicable) to be covered by you.

How often the coaching sessions take place?

Coaching sessions will take place every other week, ideally at a regular time. Both the frequency and the duration of the sessions can be adjusted by both you and me upon agreement based on the circumstances.

What is the cancellation policy?

We both agree to give a minimum of 24 hours cancellation or rescheduling notice. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before a session will result in the forfeit of that session without the right to refund.

What if I want to stop coaching?

Both of us may terminate this Agreement at any time with 2 weeks written notice. You agree to compensate me for all coaching services rendered through. I agree to return any pre-paid and unused coaching fees.

What guarantees do you include in your offer?

I include the following: Global International Coaching Federation accreditation, full professional Certification as CoachWise Coach, Record Retention Policy as per GDPR regulations, adherence to International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics.

Why Corvus you ask?

For the two key reasons:

   • They are observed to PLAY. Many behaviorists see play as an essential quality in intelligent animals and I see playfulness and HUMOR as an essential part of forming a bond with my coachees.
